# HuntBacker HuntBacker is a sponsorship platform for hunters, built by RackIQ Holdings, LLC. A hunter builds one public page showing their season, and brands use it to decide who to back with discounts, free product or a sponsorship tier. ## What makes a HuntBacker page different The page is built from a logged record rather than a follower count. Sits logged, cameras connected and ground hunted come from the hunter's own RackIQ account, so a brand is reading what someone did rather than what a highlight reel implies. The hunter decides what shows. ## How an offer works A brand writes what it gives and what it asks for, and the hunter accepts or passes. Terms are attached to the offer rather than agreed afterwards. Posts made under a sponsorship carry a disclosure. ## Status HuntBacker is being built now and its first season is running, so an early page shows a season in progress rather than a career. RackIQ is the first brand on the platform. No accuracy claim, no results claim and no partner list is published, because none has been earned yet. ## Who it is for Hunters in the United States who want to be backed for hunting they already do, and outdoor brands who would rather pick by record than by reach. ## Brand directory HuntBacker publishes a directory of what hunting brands offer a hunter who wants to be backed and what they ask in return, checked against each brand's own page and dated. It is reporting about those brands and nothing more: HuntBacker is not affiliated with any of them and none of them is a HuntBacker partner. Most hunting brands publish no program page at all, and the ones that do rarely publish a discount figure or what the obligation costs, which is why the directory records both when they are stated and says so plainly when they are not. The same directory is served as data at https://huntbacker.com/brands.json. - [HuntBacker](https://huntbacker.com/) - [Hunting brand sponsorship programs](https://huntbacker.com/brands) - [RackIQ](https://rackiq.ai/)
