Hunting Sponsorship Resume: A Practical Template

Build a hunting resume with relevant experience, honest audience numbers, work samples and a specific offer. Includes a free text template.

What should a hunting sponsorship resume include?

Include your hunting experience, the products you know, relevant community or content work, dated audience numbers, a few examples and a specific proposal. Give the brand enough evidence to assess your fit. Keep private hunting locations and other people's contact details out of the public version.

A hunting resume should let somebody understand what you know, see examples and decide whether a conversation makes sense. Keep the main page short enough to read quickly, then link to supporting work.

Build the resume around the application

ArrowOps asks applicants for a hunting resume, social links and an explanation of their fit. Other programs ask different questions. Read the current application before deciding what belongs in your packet. HuntBacker is not affiliated with ArrowOps or the other brands in its directory.

Use the following structure as a starting point, not a claim about what every brand requires.

Your experience and equipment

Describe the hunting you actually do: species, methods, broad region and the equipment you know. Include relevant teaching, club, event or volunteer work. Identify which experience is recent. Leave private property addresses, stand locations and access details out of a public resume.

Evidence of useful work

Choose a few samples that fit the program. An equipment explanation helps demonstrate a different skill from an edited hunt film. Label your role if other people filmed, edited or organized the work. Link to material you have permission to share.

Your audience, with dates

List the channels you actually use. If you include reach, views or engagement, name the measurement period and the metric. A follower total is not the same as average views. Report only figures you can support, and avoid combining several platforms into a total that implies every person is unique.

Your proposal

Explain what you can produce or contribute, the timetable you can keep and the support you are seeking. Keep this separate from completed work. A proposed review is not a delivered review; an expected audience is not a measured result.

Check it before you send it

Open every sample link. Check that your audience figures still match their stated period. Remove personal information belonging to other people unless they have agreed to share it. Check for obligations to an existing sponsor before offering a competing brand the same work.

Use the brand's requested application method and file format. A plain text template can help organize your information even if the application ultimately asks you to paste answers into a form.

For help shaping the actual request, read how to get sponsored for hunting. For the offer that might follow, use the program comparison checklist.
