account terms
These terms cover a free HuntBacker business account operated by RackIQ Holdings, LLC. Accepting them does not purchase a paid service, enroll your business in a sponsorship campaign, or commit you to providing gear, discounts, or hunts.
Represent your own business
You must be authorized to act for the business you claim and provide accurate information. Account access depends on email and business verification. Keep access credentials secure and do not share an account with an unrelated business.
Understand the demand
Reports describe verified hunter requests within HuntBacker. They are expressions of interest, not purchases, guaranteed sales, or accepted sponsorship applications. Broad location groups below three are withheld to protect privacy. Directory research is separate from membership and may describe your publicly available program.
Respect hunter permission
Personal contact details are available only when the hunter confirms the request and permits sharing, and your verified business has accepted current terms. Use those details only to respond to that hunter's request for your business. Do not sell them, transfer them to unrelated businesses, or add the hunter to general marketing lists without separate permission.
Honor requests to stop contact and delete received details when the hunter withdraws permission or the permitted purpose ends, except where retention is legally required. Do not attempt to identify people from aggregate reports or combine small groups to defeat privacy protections.
Make truthful offers
If you propose a relationship, explain eligibility, obligations, rewards, timing, costs, content rights, and any exclusivity before a hunter accepts. Do not imply HuntBacker guarantees a hunter's audience, performance, harvest, or suitability. A directory entry or free account does not imply an endorsement by HuntBacker.
Keep paid services separate
Paid tools or placements require a separate offer and your express agreement. Any future sponsorship, credit, referral, or contest program needs its own terms. Nothing in this account agreement creates an obligation for a hunter to promote your business.
Access and corrections
We may restrict access for misuse, inaccurate ownership claims, or violation of hunter permissions. We may require renewed acceptance when these account terms change. Contact us to correct a business claim, request closure, or report misuse.
