Privacy and sharing

HuntBacker is operated by RackIQ Holdings, LLC. This notice describes the HuntBacker directory, request, account, and team workspace experience. Our company privacy policy provides additional information.

Directory browsing and private drafts

You can browse the directory and Masterclass without an account. The shortlist and hunter profile draft are stored in your browser. They are not public, are not verified hunting records, and are not automatically uploaded or shared when you create an account. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

What we record while you browse without an account

Browsing without an account keeps the shortlist and the profile draft in your browser, and it is not completely silent. We record a small amount of first-party usage so we can tell whether these pages are working: which page was opened, and which of a small set of on-page prompts you answered or dismissed. Each record carries a random session identifier created in your browser. It does not carry your name, your email address, your IP address, or any location, and there is nothing in it that identifies you. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share this with advertising networks. It is stored in our own systems, separately from the browser-local drafts described above.

Your saved hunter profile

When account access is available, you can choose to save a hunter profile to your account so it is available across devices. It may include your display name, broad region, country, species, contributions, biography, optional social links and self-reported audience size, and interest in future brand offers. Do not add exact hunting locations, addresses, or sensitive information. Your profile is private and is not available to brands. The Free Agent preference does not publish it or grant permission to share it.

A browser draft is imported only when you ask, and uploaded only when you save. You can edit or delete the saved profile in your account. Deleting it does not delete separate brand requests, account credentials, or browser drafts.

Requests for businesses

A request includes the business name and any optional website, support type, broad region, country, email, public social-profile link, or note you provide. Do not include exact hunting locations or sensitive personal information. Requests are stored privately for review, with a twelve-month retention period. We use request details to understand interest and review directory additions.

We may invite a requested business to a free account using aggregate demand. Outreach totals count verified, distinct hunter requests. Individual notes, email addresses, social links, and identifying details are not included in invitation emails. Geographic groups below three are withheld in business reports.

Two separate choices

You can ask for email updates about your request. Separately, you can permit the requested business to see your email and public social profile. Neither box is selected for you. To share details, you must verify your email and confirm the request in your account; the business must also be verified and accept current account terms.

You can withdraw sharing permission in your account. This stops future access through HuntBacker. A business that already received information must honor the account terms, including permitted-use and deletion obligations. For deletion assistance or to withdraw update permission, contact us.

Accounts and verification

Account authentication is provided through our Supabase service. We use verified email, business-domain checks or manual ownership review, and account terms acceptance to control business access. Creating an account does not authorize access to another business's demand. We store account and consent records needed to operate and secure this access.

Team workspace pilot

A business may privately import its existing roster when it has permission to use those contacts. Importing does not send an email or publish a profile. An invitation becomes visible to the hunter after verified sign-in; the hunter chooses whether to join.

A separate support request appears to verified businesses only when its hunter explicitly chooses discovery sharing. It contains the display name, broad region, selected species, requested support, contributions, self-reported reach, and optional evidence and product links the hunter supplies. It does not publish the saved private profile or disclose the account email. A hunter can withdraw discovery sharing without ending an existing relationship.

Invitations, accepted offers, messages, submissions, fulfillment updates, and credit records are shared between the hunter and that verified business team. Recruiting preferences, business notes, costs, and program estimates remain private to the business. The workspace does not monitor social accounts or send automated email. Either party can pause a relationship; closing preserves its history and requires outstanding commitments and credit to be settled.

You can separately upload a team portrait. It is stored as a resized JPEG and shown to verified businesses whose teams you have joined. The original photo and its metadata are not uploaded. Replace or remove the portrait in My relationships; removing it stops future display through HuntBacker. Instagram photo sync is not connected. This choice does not publish your saved private profile.

Each party can export the records available to them. Removing a saved hunter profile or withdrawing a support request does not erase separate relationship records, including the other party’s agreement and accounting history. Contact us for correction or deletion assistance. The interactive sample is fictional and resets on reload. Signed-in workspaces use real account records, including when opened from a development preview.

Interest list

The interest list records the name, email, business details if applicable, and note you submit so we can respond. Marketing updates require the separate optional checkbox. Directory requests do not enroll you in that list.

Your choices and contact

To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or stop business invitations, contact HuntBacker. Request and account activity from our development previews is marked internal and excluded from public demand reporting.
